Razor Chili (this is 911 hot!!!)

Ingredients:

2 lbs of Ground Beef

1 large Onion

Jalapeno Peppers (lots)

Habanero Peppers (lots)

1 oz of Beef Base

8 oz Tomato Juice

1 can of your favorite Beer

1 can of Tomato Soup

1 small can of Tomato Paste

1 large can of Whole Tomatoes

1 can of Kidney Beans

1 small bottle of Tabasco Sauce

1 container of Chili Powder

Several Tablespoons of Dave's Insanity Sauce (this is awesome stuff)

Salt and Pepper to taste

 

Directions:

Chop onions and peppers, mix with ground beef while you brown it.  Drain off excess grease.  Combine remaining ingredients in a large pan and simmer slowly while enjoy several cold ones.

 

 

Outback Dipping Sauce

1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons ketchup
2 teaspoons creamed horseradish
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon dried oregano
1 dash black pepper
1 dash cayenne pepper

 

Frank's Red Hot Buffalo Wings

 

2 and 1/2 lbs chicken wings
1/cup Frank's Hot Sauce (if not available in MN substitute another brand)
1/3 cup of melted butter (or margarine)

1) Combine Frank's Hot Sauce and melted butter and whisk together.

2) Bake wings at 425 degrees F. for one hour or deep fry on stovetop in a pan with oil for 10-12 minutes.

3) Salt and pepper to taste.

4) Dip wings in sauce to eat! Enjoy!
